City of Tshwane : Apprenticeship Programme in Gauteng

City Of Tshwane is offering Apprenticeship  for the Financial year 2016 / 2017 in Gauteng This is a 12 months long Apprenticeship programme. Candidates will be equipped with the know-how and work-integrated learning to succeed in today’s highly competitive and challenging job market. The City Of Tshwane is the metropolitan municipality that forms the local government of Gauteng Province, South Africa.

Apprenticeship application deadline is 24 June 2016.

Apprenticeship Provider: City of Tshwane Municipality

Apprenticeship Location: Gauteng

The Municipality offers quality training and accredited in-service training in the following trades:

  • Electricity
  • Boiler making
  • Vehicle Mechanics
  • Welding
  • Plumbing
  • Fitting and Turning

Requirements:

  • You will need at least an N2 Certificate with Mathematics, Science and relevant trade theory.
  • You must furthermore be enthusiastic about an artisan career and devoted to the training.
Preference will be given to applicants who are in possession of an N2 qualification, particularly previously disadvantaged individuals and women.
